Attention all New and Returning Players from 14 to 18 years old:

March Practices Begin for the Spring 2010 U19 and U17 Seasons on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, and Saturdays from 11am until 1pm at the Army National Guard located at 8501 Old National Pike Frederick, MD 21701 (301) 662-3461

Practice starts at 5:30pm and runs until 7:30pm

Practice on Saturday from 11am to 1pm until games begin

Bring cleats, running shoes, and mouth guards

Bring water and warmup clothes and sweats
